TURNER HALL INFORMATION
The Main Hall $600 plus $250 security deposit cap. 150 to 200 people (4 hours)
No rentals after 4 p.m. on Sundays
Rathskeller $150 club member only contact John Boyer
Tea Room $150 plus $75 security deposit cap. 30 to 55 people (3 hours)
rates effective 1 Aug 2009
Rental can be no later than 11 pm
Open bar $13.50 per person. This includes beer, wine, mixed drinks and soda
Bartenders 1 to 75 people is 1 bartender
76 to 200 people 2 bartenders
Bartender fee $20 an hour plus 15% gratituity of bar bill
Beer 1/2 keg $150 (156 glasses at 12 ounces each)
1/4 keg $80 (78 glasses at 12 ounces each)
Bud, Bud lite, Coors, Coors lite, Miller MGD, Miller Lite, Yuengling
Soda $1.00 per person attending
Wine $30 for 5 liters
Red (merlot & cabernet sauvignon)
White ((chardonnay)
Pink ((white zinfandel)
Kitchen fees – full use of kitchen $100
Partial use of kitchen $50
Important information –
TWO WEEKS (2) before the event all monies owed are due. Any services contracted up to this point can be adjusted at this time.
The deposit will be returned by check two (2) weeks after the event if the club is satisfied that no damages have been incurred by your rental.
Six weeks notice is necessary to receive full refund. After six weeks, the club is the sole determiner of any refunds of deposit.
